RECRUIT suckers into your "investment" portfolio to gain cash to last another month. When they come back asking for cash....

• PAY: Sucker gets their promised return and goes away.
• LOWBALL: (If Success) Sucker takes HALF of what they were promised, and goes away, but tells the Feds.
• THREATEN: (If Success) No payment, but sucker gets double Anger and comes back later...
• PROMISE: (If Success) No payment, but sucker will come back later and ask for even more money.
• If Lowball, Threaten, or Promise fails (roll versus the sucker's stat scores), they take a 10% cut now to come back later, rat to the feds, or try to kill you.
